A gold dollar sign signifies a special, limited use coupon. To view a limited use coupon you will be asked for your mobile phone number solely to ensure that we can limit usage. This allows our merchants to offer exclusive deals that require this kind of authentication. We do not share your personal identity or your phone number with anyone, including the merchant. You will not receive any unsolicited communication from us or anyone else. This coupon will have a unique code assigned to it and can only be used once, so don’t forward it onto a friend as once it has been used it cannot be used again.

What mobile devices does MobileCoupons.com work on?

MobileCoupns.com works on any mobile phone with a data plan and a browser including BlackBerry, Palm and most others. You can also find us in the App stores for iPhone and Android.

I'm typing in "m.mobilecoupons.com" in my phone's browser but nothing happens – what is going on?

Most likely you do not have a data plan on your phone or you are out of data coverage with your device. If you have a valid data plan and continue to experience problems please send an e-mail to mc-support@mobilecoupons.com.

We work directly with merchants so this kind of thing should not happen. But sometimes there may be a new employees or cashiers who has not been trained and might not know about MobileCoupons.com. What if the Barcode doesn’t scan?

Barcodes are optional, but if a merchant included one on the coupon and the barcode doesn't scan, most likely the cashier will key in the barcode numbers manually as they currently do for other bar-coded products and coupons.

If you are redeeming coupons at a MobileCoupons.com Kiosk and the barcode does not scan or you have a text version of the coupon just manually enter the coupon code using the Kiosk touch screen.

You can now opt-in for the kinds of deals you are interested in at http://www.mobilecoupons.com/alerts.aspx. We will only send you the deals you ask for. You can tell us the specific categories of coupons you are interested in, the location, what time of day, and the frequency you want to get coupon alerts.
